How Lucky I Am

I recently attended a Wayne County Business Association meeting. It’s ok for me to take time off work in the middle of the day as long as I get my work completed. Because of this, I can still be involved in my wonderful community as well as work part time at Wayne School District as their Director of Special Education.
Walking away from that meeting, my thoughts came to me about how blessed I am to be able to live here, to realize the dream of having a sweet herd of alpacas who gift me the pleasure of their fleece once a year. How blessed I am to be able to have a good mind, a semi-strong body, hands that love to work, and a husband and family who support and love me.
Once again, I think and am grateful for How Lucky I Am!
